<p>While searching for schools with good anthropology programs I have noticed a larg number of biological anthropologists who graduated from Florida. Is anthropology strong at Florida and how are its subfields?</p>
<p>Definitely strong in biological/physical/forensic anthropology section. Having the CA Pound lab on campus and students get to visit and do research there. The VP of American Board of Forensic Anthropology is also on faculty. If I didn’t go to med school, it was a pathway I considered.</p>
<p>Does the anthropology department do a combined BS/MS degree?</p>
