Hey guys, so I attended Tx state at the beginning of last year Jan 2017 as my first semester of college. Due to personal medical and depression problems i ended up basically dropping out. Skipped out on finals so I have no idea what my GPA is but it has to be horrible. I wanted to go back after maturing for a year and hard working getting my own first car. I did get my aid suspended tho after just one semester at Tx state. I wanted to enroll at Victoria community college for 2 years but not sure what to do because my aid is suspended at Tx state. Should I ask for a probationary period at Victoria since I never got one at Texas state? Also what should I do if Tx state will not release my transcript since Victoria cc asks for all other transcripts? Is there a way I can slip by that part? All help is appreciated. Thanks

No, you cannot skip that part and not send your transcript.
As long as you do not owe Tx State any money, you should not have any problems getting your transcripts.
However, you should take your medical documentation to texas state and request a medical withdrawl to have the failing grades removed. after this is done, then get a copy of your updated transcript to give to Victoria CC.
