<p>Yes, the FOCUS programs are for freshman only. They are fabulous courses and give freshman an opportunity to work in small classes with top professors. All the freshman special programs are wonderful, not just the ones called FOCUS. You should definitely take advantage of one if the subject interests you.</p>
