<p>Notes are pretty standard -I think the schools want to increase the chances that you will follow through with an application - remember the # of apps determines their acceptance rate, so the more the better. But I have to say that I rarely if ever have heard of a phone call. Couple that with the fact that it was from the DOA and I would have to say they are sending you a strong message.
