It is the start of my second year of athletic eligibility and I am at a D3 school playing football. Last spring I transferred into this D3 school from a NAIA school where I also played football. As of the start of this season I realize the D3 school I currently attend is financially out of my reach. So I’m wondering if I could transfer into a D2 school and be able to play right away and/or receive a athletic scholarship?
