Being a native of Maryland, I LOVED their flag uniforms! It is an amazing flag and a great way to showcase it. (I was offended by the comment in some article that said they looked like bad Project Runway design!)

Maryland’s flag is authentic heraldry and these uniforms depict that. I like the new uniform, as in my opinion it has a specific meaning and grounding to it.

Not a Marylander, but the rival across the river ;). Even I thought the Maryland Pride uniforms were terrific. I don’t understand all the criticism.

We were listening to the Michigan-Notre Dame game on the radio, and only station we could find was the ND one–which said it looked like a bunch of leprechauns out there.

Being a Duck alum myself, it has been interesting to watch the Oregon uniforms be transformed. It’s always fun to see what they will be wearing next!

I really don’t like the Nike New Pro Combat uniform Stanford will wear against Notre Dame this year. I think it is derivative— looks too much like Georgia/Oregon Nike uniforms (who wore them first). My kids think I’m ridiculous and old-school (they are probably right, lol). They love them! Yuck!

ND helmet was their “throwback” uniform from something like the 60’s so they won’t be keeping the shamrock any further. The Michigan “throwback” was happening.

IMO - I like the variety and creativity in uniforms like Oregon has as long as they look sharp. The Maryland one’s last week were just too over the top (but I get that it relates to the flag). But, I do look forward now to seeing the all black Maryland will wear this week.

The Ducks in all black during the LSU game looked like they swam thru an oil slick.

These different colors are getting out of hand.
Everyone is doing black…Arizona State?
Why is Michigan State going with gold on their Pro Combat uniforms against Michigan?

Oregon and Nike have had such recruiting and commercial success with their crazy changing unies that Underarmour and Maryland had to get in on the act. The kids from all across the country were talking about the terps’ unis after the week 1 game.

The Maryland uniforms were an aesthetic train wreck, and a crime against symmetry. A lingerie football team would be embarrassed to be seen in those costumes. Court jesters would snicker at them.
