<p>The Atherton is a nice place to stay. We were able to get a room for $73 bucks a night (tell them you are visiting the campus and that the website says $73. :). Not a football weekend. We have had luck at last minute on football weekend (for whatever reason) and able to bag a room for one night at about $200. Close to campus. We stayed in Milesburg one night but the ride was remote and forever! The Penn Stater is a newer hotel off by the stadiums and is a nice place to stay. The PSU website has lots of options. Get a map and scope out the towns on the way into PSU and work backward.</p>
