I would love to go to USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, and now have to start thinking about my junior year schedule. I’ll be taking French 3 over the summer, and possible French 4 the next. I have two routes:

Option A:
Junior Year:
APUSH 2 (my school splits US history into soph and junior years)
AP English Language
Adv Chem
Adv Precalculus
Filmmaking 2
AP stats
Senior Year:
AP Euro
AP English Lit
AP Bio
AP Calculus BC
Personal Finance (1 semester)

Option B:
Junior Year:
APUSH
AP English Language
Adv Chem
Adv Precalculus
Filmmaking 2
Personal Finance 1 semester/Psychology other semester
Senior Year:
AP Euro
AP English Lit
AP Bio
AP Calc BC
Possibly AP Psychology-no one likes it at my school and I don’t think USC offers credit for it anyway

Extracurriculars:
Yearbook editor since freshman year (probably going to be EIC senior year, ugh)
Amnesty since this year
Volunteer tutoring since this year (half)
Ving Tsun Kung Fu since freshman year
10 week filmmaking class this year
Been on professional movie sets and TV show sets
Taking a filmmaking class over the summer (much more productive than the 10 week)

(Asian Female from NJ)

I would love any advice on which schedule to take
