<p>Non-traditional housing would definitely be a better choice. You’re probably going to end up in Rogers then, which is definitely more suitable for you than one of the freshman dorms, since it’s a full apartment. </p>

<p>You might also get lucky and sneak into a spot in McCollum or one of the other upper-classman dorms. I recall last summer that they sent out emails to the returning housing residents about how there was still space left in McCollum in I think July, for those that wanted to switch. What with the new Traditions Hall opening, I wouldn’t be surprised if something similar happened this year. </p>

<p>But to sum up my rambling: non-traditional definitely helps.</p>
