<p>It would also require the surgical removal of 25% of its students and a large portion of the faculty. It would also require the hiring of people who understand how to manage financial resources and learn how to pay their own bills. </p>

<p>For my taste, it would be sweet if UCB was located a few miles more to the West. :)</p>

<p>On a serious note, I think that Stanford would be Harvard.</p>
