Right now I’m trying to figure out which classes I want to take and outline the requirements that I need to fulfill in order to graduate. I’ll be attending Calso in June, and right now my plan is Letters and Sciences and then Haas for the last 2 years. Does anyone have the websites where the graduation and major requirements are for Haas or graduating in general?

Can someone also explain Telebears? I’m really scared that I’ll schedule all my classes wrong and have to graduate in 5-6 years!!! Any info about selecting classes would be helpful!!

i don’t think you can choose anything till you go to calso? but I’m not sure. I’m new too. ; ]

[Admissions for UC Berkeley Students, Undergraduate Program - Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley](<a href=“Admissions - Undergraduate Program - Berkeley Haas”>Admissions - Undergraduate Program - Berkeley Haas) These are the admissions requirements for entering Haas, you probably don’t have to worry about which Haas classes you need to take to graduate until you actually get there.

I don’t see how you can schedule your classes wrong…just use Courserank to sort of plan out what classes you want and get a general idea of what classes you need to take the first two years to fulfill the requirements. I mean if somehow you don’t get any of the classes you need there’s always the summer so graduating in 5-6 years really isn’t an issue.

FYI, most of us won’t answer your questions this week, because we’ve got finals to deal with.

By the end of the month, there will be some online advisory self-study material active, to help you work out some of this in advance of CalSO. As well, you will receive a guide there, Earning Your Degree, that goes into a lot of detail to help you plan.

To start now, look at [The L&S Advising Home Page](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu) for the overall requirements to graduate from L&S - these include the general University of California system requirements and the Berkeley campus requirements, as well as those specific to L&S. You already received the link for Haas where you can get a picture of what the last two years may be like.

All the requirements end up amounting to only a portion of the units you will take over four years. That gives a huge flexibility in the sequence of taking courses and in the particular courses you have to take to get to graduation in eight semesters. It really isn’t that hard and one of the major points of CalSO is to help you get it right for your first registration, the phase I for your first semester.

Thanks Everyone!! I’ll bump this thread when you guys are done with finals
