For medicine, is there really a need to attend a private university for all four years?

<p>I’m leaning towards Dartmouth at the moment. <p>For Texas medical schools, DC students seem to not do so well… But maybe this has to do with only a few people applying? What do you think about these stats; in general, are they good? </p>
