I’m applying to SoHA and I was told that the admissions for this school are rolling (they will come out at some point in the next few months whenever they are finished), so I should not be surprised if I see whether or not I get in by March 1. Anyway, does anyone (preferably someone who already went through this process) know if the letter will come in the mail first or will they have the decision online while the letter is being mailed?

I’m in the same situation as you ems4106! I would love to know as well!

same here!

Last year it was the letter.

I can’t find the thread, but last year rolling was by mail only. They have to abide by the common Ivy notification date for online notification (March 30 this year). Also, it was only a small group that received rolling decisions. Do you know if it’s different this year for the Hotel School?

If you search the Cornell forum (I used hotel rolling) you will find several threads about this. If I were more technologically adept I could link you to the threads. Sorry.

thanks,
i also think that only a small group of people received the rolling decisions–my sister got a surprise letter on March 1st, so if they were to do the same things this year, be prepared for 3/1…
someone should start a hotel school thread on here, just sayin lol…

for sure… there are more hotelies than we think we know!
