This is such a phenomenal article, by such a phenomenal writer that I had to share it in it’s own thread. I, with the attention span of a flea, read it through on the edge of my seat.
(Since no preview: Michael Lewis writes about a very rare brain eating amoeba in a 5 year old girl, and the FDA administrator who created a tool to facilitate information about treatments for rare diseases. Which description does not do this article justice!)
