<p>did you do it when you SIRed? and if you did it separately from SIR, where is the link in the ucsc portal? (unless you did it by mail). and did you get a confirmation?</p>
<p>i did it when i SIRed but then I went back and changed the date. its somewhere on the column on the left where you have all those choices, i would tell you which one but i cant log on to the site right now, apparently they are updating.</p>
