<p>summerstars, I believe Complete - Ready for Review is what you get right after you complete your app (i.e. get in your last requirement). I’m pretty sure I had that status BEFORE I had Pending Decision which leads me to believe Pending Decision is higher than Complete - Ready for Review. Or maybe Complete - Ready for Review is used twice: first for initial review and then for final review?</p>
