<p>You’re a borderline applicant. If you have TAP, then you might still get into UCLA–but CAL might be tough.</p>
<p>I’m from UCR. Got into both UCLA/Cal for Econ. Will be heading to Cal because I plan on moving back to Hong Kong, Cal is one of approx 6 schools that average people in Hong Kong know from around the world.
I have a 4.0, with awards and quality-extracurriculars. </p>
<p>try to get that GPA up, as of now, you’re a borderline applicant. I believe the avg admitted is 3.93 or something.</p>
