For via skype interview: Mac Airbook laptop or Ipad?

<p>I am applying for Andover, and I live about 6 hours away, and my family can not visit the campus. Soon I will be applying via skype… which should I use, IPAD, or Mac airbook?( they are my aunts)</p>

<p>Sorry for the typo * Macbook Air. I was in a rush. I am not sure which is better quality, which does skype work better on usually, a laptop or ipad? Also, which would be best for the interview? ( Like how its positioned and stuff)</p>

<p>I’ve never used skype on the iPad, but it’s always worked well for my friends with Macs when I video chat with them.</p>

<p>Remember it’s not a video “chat”, but an interview. Use whichever device allows you to feel more relaxed, natural, confident. Make sure the image is steady, so don’t hold the device with your hands (nervousness might make you shake).</p>

<p>My advice is practice with both. Skype with a trusted family member beforehand and ask their opinion on which appears better from the other end. My daughters worst interview was with Andover while Skyping. Make sure the internet connection is fast enough as well.</p>
