Well, @jayrun thanks to you, not only do I now know that Bridgewater State exists, but also I know that it is in Bridgewater, MA.
The point is: students from all backgrounds use this site. Many of them are going to go to their smaller local schools and need a resource for finding out info on them. Therefore, it would be nice if there were some mechanism to add forums for currently unrepresented schools.
Again, perhaps there is such a mechanism that I don’t know about, or perhaps colleges have to sign up or pay a fee. Anyway, there are some real diamonds in the rough out there that few people know about (Tennessee Tech = one example), and CC is one of the few venues where people can find out nearly anything they want about a college.
CC is sort of like Star Trek. When you post a question on these forums, you are asking “the collective.” More often than not, the collective will answer correctly!
