Did it happen on campus? We were there and didn’t see anything like that. We thought inside the campus there was a lot of security including guards at the gates.
It was right outside the campus. We went across street to see the Botanic Garden, and saw the car right next to the crosswalk.
Oh ok yes then that is not inside the campus. Like many colleges out there that we have visited, the college is not surrounded by the best neighborhoods. Inside campus is pretty safe, we have had several family members attend Fordham both rosehill and Lincoln and everyone said it’s pretty safe on campus. Did the owner of the car say the break in happened next to campus or did you assume that?
My son does not want to go to Rose Hill. I think security is not an issue at LC. Going to RH for a Club or one course is different than living there.
I lived off campus at Rose Hill in the bad old days (83-85) and didn’t have any issues. Just use common sense. Youngest rides the train everyday to Fordham Prep (same campus) with no issues.

Thanks for the reply. Rose hill campus is beautiful, we visited the campus last month. We also visited Lincoln Center campus. Campus is safe, but all the big cities have safety concerns. It’s worth the school visit.
