<p>You just need to be able to read at the level of a college-educated native speaker. All you’re doing is marking documents as relevant/irrelevant.</p>
<p>Depends on the foreign office. If we’re talking about London, obviously not. If we’re talking about other offices where another language is required, then you should be fluent enough in that language, such that you can conduct a business transaction with it.</p>
