Does anyone know if 3 years of high school foreign language fulfills UCLA’s General Eduction FL requirement in the College of Letters & Science? The UCLA GE website says “Level 3” but there is no explanation of what “Level 3”. Other CC threads indicate that Level 3 is 1 year (or 3 quarters) of FL at college. BUT, is 3 years of high school FL the equivalent of Level 3? Thanks for any clarification.
