<p>I recall reading somewhere about the possibility of US students obtaining funding from foreign universities to complete a master’s degree, but it was a while ago and now that D is entering her senior year of college and is considering a M.A. degree, I cannot find the information . . . </p>
<p>So, does anyone know of any foreign universities that offer funding to US students in a master’s degree program?</p>
