Forgetting a year of participating in a club

I was wondering if colleges can decline you if you remember you were in a club for 2 years but you are actually in there for 3 years. I was in DECA club for actually 3 years. I only remembered 2 years of DECA club because I participated in it and another year I attended meetings only. If you are short a year, would they decline you?

They want to know if you’ll be a productive student and can pay tuition. Hard truth for you: they don’t care about your DECA membership as far as admissions goes.
