<p>Well, regarding that requirement, will being an international from the Philippines and I’ve been speaking Filipino all my life, and I’ve also been speaking english all my life(pretty good, but my mother,older sister, and some of my peers say that i need to widen my vocabulary a little)…does that count?</p>
