Forgot to waive rights...

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I just realized that I forgot to waive my rights (and write my high school name) on top of one of my evaluation forms. I waived my rights for the rec. on the commonapp, and I will certainly not be looking at it now. My teacher just mailed it in yesterday…how (or should) I contact MIT to tell them of my dilemma/resolve the problem? Thanks for any help.</p>

<p>Do you really have to waive rights … I guess it’s optional … I think students can have a look at evaluations as long as they don’t modify anything on it … Not sure anyway.</p>
