<p>Intersting article. I would like to see the written contract. I think the father has a point if the daughter didn’t attend clases full time.</p>

<p>One thing I don’t get is why she needed tutition and related expenses until she is 25. I assume she is going to graduate school?</p>

<p>I read the story earlier. He promised to pay. She obviously did not trust him so she asked that he sign a contract. The judge found the contract binding. Now she has to try to collect.</p>
