<p>I submitted my app to Penn on the 31st, CommonApp confirmed my application submission with emails. However, on the CommonApp website my school forms remain “unassigned” for Penn (yet “assigned” for all my other schools). Furthermore under my Penn tab it says “Before submitting the CommonApp to this institution you must: Assign your School Forms recommenders to this institution”. I have emailed Penn to confirm receipt of my completed application. My counselor mailed my school forms off two weeks ago and Penn emailed me to thank me for applying early and to “remind” me to complete my CommonApp and their supplement. Is my application submitted? Should Penn have emailed me confirming receipt of my CommonApp automatically (along with assigning me a portal)?</p>
