Found Out Today Rejected. Post Your Deicsion Here

yea Mex, Indiana-Bloomington. I was offered a partail scholarship and possibly direct entry to Kelly School of Business depending on what i graduate with. I am really leaning towards it, the more I look into the school and speak to people about it, the more I think I could really be happy there. Bentley is great but just business, like the location better, right outside of Boston, Stonehill is too small, Wisconsin, I went to and although I am sure its fine, just wasn’t for me and Michigan, because of so many long islanders being there, being totally unimpressed with the dorms and the facility itself. I am going down to Indiana in two weeks, I hear its magnificent. I am still waiting on UCSD and GW, neither that I have my hopes up for. See you got into American and not IU, I got into IU and not American…go figure! What are your stats?

accepted, but not enough scholarship to go…kelly, you can have my acceptance if you want

Kelly,

UW Madison and Michigan are both rated very high. Michigans business program is one of the top in the country. But if you didn’t like the school and don’t feel comfortable there, none of that matters. You need to feel good wherever you pick.

accepted .
first i got only a letter congratulating me on my acceptance. Then a few days later I got the whole admission packet.
it said that the class of 2010 was the most talented in the university’s history. =)

Kellyconn, did you even get into University of Michigan? I doubt it.

I dont, if she applied early enough she could have gotten in. She says she got in, so why dispute it? You are an ass CCrunner.

CC Yes I did! I was actually a little surprised but my counselor recommended it, plus my step brother graduated from there, you don’t have to believe me, I could care less.

hoping, michigan is a very good school but i was not offered any entrance to the ross business school whereas with indiana i was, and wisconsins school is not ranked as high, am also going to look at bentley, in boston, met a few kids that went there and loved it and just read something about it in newsweek, sounds like another good possibility. Good luck!

Rejected. Suprised to read this in the mail today. Oh well…I guess life goes on…5 Rejections down, 5 schools left to go.

accepted into the college of public affairs and scholarships  :)

Were you offered a chance to go to AU in the Fall for their Washington Membership Program? You can earn up to 15 credits that will transfer into their regular school when you go in January 07. The downside is the cost is the same as AU’s full semester expenses - without any scholarships.

Of course, you can also go to a local Jr. College for the Fall Semester and take courses that you can transfer (check with AU first).

i think they sent an email like a month ago to all accepted students

Yep. I don’t want to wait a semester though…it’s ok as American was never that high up on my list.

Still nothing :-(

Still not a package in the mail.

I have heard nothing, can they reject a 1920 with 3.7 GPA?

the average SAT for the freshman class this year is 1280 and hte average gpa is 3.55 …unless you sent in your application late, you should have been informed by now, awhile back actually.

by the way I got my package today…finally…they send me an e-mail a month ago, an invitation for something, and even a welcome from the SIS department, but only today did the actual package come.

Accepted into the School of Public Affairs.

The acceptance letter also mentioned that I would soon receive an invitation to join the “University College Program.” Is this the AU equivalent of an honors program?

no its not honors, i think everyone got an invite to the university college program
