<p>I thought that I would let you know that Housing and Residential Services doesn’t allow “swapping” rooms with other students. Take a look at the contract that you signed. I have included some of the relevant lines below…
-Not assign this Contract or sublease the room, or any portion thereof, or use it in any manner (e.g. to conduct business) other than a personal residence.
-Under no circumstances may the room be used or occupied by any person, whether a guest or a person not assigned to the room, without the prior written approval
of the University, except in accordance with the guest policy as outlined in the 2006–2007 Resident Handbook.</p>
