<p>I asked the officer whom I work for but she didn’t know much about the admission process for transfer students (I work in the International Admission Office). Since the deadline of May 1 is quite far away, it might take a while for them to work on first year applications. I think after you are accepted they will have further instructions on the deadline for you to make a decision. You can also try contacting the admission office for more information. Good luck!</p>
