I got this email yesterday…

"Dear Student:
We regret that you were not able to submit all of your documents prior to the July 15th deadline, creating a situation that may cause your financial aid to not be ready for the fall fee payment deadline.

On exception, and for this Fall 2010 quarter only, we will place you into a status which will prevent you from being dropped from your courses. This measure will not provide any financial aid funds to be credited to your account, as your aid has not yet been processed. It will simply allow more time for us to conduct a complete review of your file. We are working very hard to process each aid applicant and are doing so in date received order. In the future, please submit all required financial aid documents by the deadline to avoid this situation.

We advise you to check MyAwards [Welcome to MyAwards](CAS – Central Authentication Service) and SISWEB https://sisweb.ucdavis.edu to find the status of your aid and bill. If you submitted all required documents, there is no need to contact us; we will process the documents as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this heavy processing period. Thank you, and best wishes for a successful academic year.

Does this mean that I don’t have to pay the registration fee’s by the september 16 deadline? Do I just not do anything and wait for financial aid to disburse or do I still have to pay the amount by the sept 16 deadline?
