Free Food for Frosh

<p>First-year Duke students will receive $50 this fall to spend at certain
restaurants on or near Ninth Street, in a pilot program to introduce
students to the community and give a boost to businesses near the East
Campus.</p>

<p>Just thought I’d post that for anyone who didn’t know. Totally cool…definitely take advantage of that! Plus I’m jealous times 1000.</p>

<p>This is good to offset some of the costs involved for restaurants that decide to accept points next year…</p>

<p>Yeah. It’s not “free”, it’s “mandated”. But it’s nice anyway. =)</p>
