Not strict as far as I know. You have to follow the law, like the law about underage drinking, and stay on top of your courses. Staying on top of your school work isn’t a rule, though, just a good idea.
The campus culture is more conservative, but you are treated like an adult.
Along with the law ^ there is also curfew at 11pm sun-thur on school nights which just means you have to be in your room by then. On non-school nights curfew is at 1am. There are quiet hours for people to study. Wifi also cuts off at 1am everyday. Honestly, that’s about it. There are more rules, but they aren’t as heavily enforced
