Newly retired here. Looking for H a french cooking school in France , taught in english , and that you or someone you know attended. H would love to do better at french cooking and loves classes. The CIA and Cordon Bleu were either too short or too long time period.
I’d suggest looking at some of the tripadvisor forums; I found some great language programs that way.
