Freshman, but really Transfer. What will happen if I submit old transcripts?

Hey,
I just finished a year at an HBCU, and to say the least, the environment wasnt conducive for academic success…
I applied to a PWI in the area, as a new freshman ( my SAT and HS grades were really high). I plan on submitting my transcripts from my HBCU institution, but should I talk to a counselor at the PWI, for favor and grace before doing so? I know they will find out soon due to NSC, and plan to send transcripts before that happens. What will happen in the even I do?

The sooner you talk to an admissions counselor at the new college, the better. Have you already done an exit interview with the first college and cleared any financial or academic holds?

You MUST call the school. They may throw your application out since you applied as a freshman and are a transfer.
