freshman fall schedule

<p>as an incoming freshman, i was wondering what an incoming freshman’s first semester curriculum (in terms of which courses are taken, how many, how long/how often they are, etc.) would look like. i’m specifically cals, but a general answer will suffice. </p>

<p>also, i may need to go home the first weekend after classes officially begin. i obviously wont know whether i will have class on fridays/mondays/both/neither until right before school starts, but anyone with any insight on this? thanks</p>
