<p>I was talking with somebody I’m thinking about rooming with, and I mentioned that I wanted to take 18 credits in the fall, but she replied saying she heard there was a 17 credits/semester max. Is this true?</p>
<p>The registration system that UGA uses (OASIS) will only allow you to manually register up to 17 credit hours, but if you desire to take more, you can clear that by calling your department. If you’re in Honors, you can just call the Honors office and they will immediately clear you on OASIS to register for additional hours.</p>
