<p>I looked at U of I’s website at the scholarships they offer to incoming freshmen, and I found it vague and confusing. Does U of I offer any substantial scholarships to in-state students? I see that the Provost Scholarship waives tuition to National Merit Finalists. Does U of I offer any full-tuition scholarships to students other than the Provost to In-state students?</p>
