<p>I was having dinner with the recruiter at a networking dinner
and he told me to send him a resume.</p>
<p>Not traditionally, but it can happen. Usually they want Juniors because freshmen are transient and don’t know (usually) what they want to do. Why waste resources on a freshman that’ll just change majors or interests the next semester.</p>
