Hi,
I am currently a freshmen at the University of Georgia, hoping to transfer in to UMich for the Winter 2016 term. I intend to major in Mechanical Engineering, and I have reviewed all of the prerequisites outlined on http://www.engin.umich.edu/college/admissions/undergrad/transfer/requirements. I did not apply to UMich my senior year of high school, but I wish that I had. As long as I meet all of the requirements, would I be able to transfer in Winter 2015 as a freshmen? I currently have 32 credit hours from AP exams, and I am taking 15 credit hours this semester, totaling to be 47 after this semester. Is it common to transfer in as a freshmen?
