<p>I have a friend who received a 29 on the ACT but a 12 on the essay. He doesn’t have an internet connection so that’s why I’m posting. </p>
<p>He received a 28 on the english section, and his question is… how will colleges view the 28 and the 12 on the essay? He would like to go to Williams as his father and uncle went there.</p>
