The 76k probably includes applicants submitted after RD deadline. Assuming those are not part of today’s decisions.

Yeah it includes rolling. But I think if you applied rolling you have basically 0 chance.
Does anyone know if the OOS tuition waiver goes to anyone who meets the threshold - 1420+ and 4.0+? If not, I wonder how they get dispersed.
I feel like the threshold would need to be higher, or they would be giving away lots of these waivers. But I don’t know for sure.
Based on recent year’s numbers, they’ll probably admit an additional 2,500 - 3,000 students after today. A mix of deferrals and rolling applications. But, yes, that percentage will be small.

I expected it to be much lower. I thought it was kind of like UF’s space avaliable deadline where they only admit like 3 people. Thanks for the info!
We know several OOS students who have gotten into UF and not FSU.

That was true last year and prior. I am holding my breath that they haven’t moved that threshold.
Yeah - but kind of like what the other poster said - there are probably too many people with those stats - so probably can’t give them out to everyone with those stats. Still out of the23% got admitted OOS, I wonder how many would have stats that would meet the threshold for the waiver.
A college counselor posted that combined admission rate for RD/EA combined was 32%, 36% FL resident and 23% OOS
