Looks like decisions are coming out earlier than expected. I received an email that said 12/12 instead of 12/14

Great! That is what my daughter did too with similar stats. I figure if they get deferred they can switch to summer if necessary.
ETA - my son got in for fall in 2022 with same stats as my daughter

My daughterâs app status is still âunder reviewâ and not âawaiting decision.â Not sure if that matters but with decisions being released Tuesday ⊠Iâm curious.

OOS and applied after Nov 1st. My son got an e-mail saying his application is complete and review is complete. Check for decision on 2/15â. Is that good or bad?
We are oos and received the same email- thatâs the official date for regular decision, good or bad, only in state had early action.

My OOS S22 applied in December and was admitted on the February release date. He ultimately chose another school, but my D24 received the same email tonight.

Hi these are my stats. FSU early action. How are my chances for admission
4.1 weighted gpa at tough private school. 3.69 unweigjted. okay extracurriculars. solid essay. 32 ACT. In state. Ealry action. 9 Total APs. Already got into Ohio State, USF,UCF. My counselors said I should be good for fsu wondering what you all think. Oh and also I applied summer.

We are not as positive as S24 has a lower GPA but good SAT, with decent ECs and good essay. We didnât visit the campus as it is out of the way far (even though instate). We would go if he gets accepted.
He wants to do Political science and the state capital may help with that.
His 1st choice is UF, which is super reach for him.
We, parents prefer USF, where he got in on Friday. It is in Tampa and better location.
He may do study abroad 1st semester anyway.
Regarding application to summer, he also updated his term to summer. We are not sure if it will be considered.
With UF and FSU, I didnât see any advantage in GPA for summer/fall terms. In other schools, your chances are good for summer if you donât qualify for fall. We heard that FSU doesnât do that way.
It is hard to predict for FSU.

It is good that the application is complete. Since you applied late, youâll need to wait longer. FSU early decisions date was 10/15 I remember.
