Daughter was accepted but no mention of merit- which we thought she would offered. Does anyone know if FAFSA filing is required for merit consideration? This is rare but I have seen this policy at a few schools.

there is a second page that is blank

That’s interesting that you would get a blank page, I would say don’t give up open till you login on a second device and see if on that device there’s anything on the blank page. Not meaning to give you false hope, rather than just saying that it doesn’t make sense that you would click through to a blank page

Is the OOO waiver reviewed each year? Can a student get it in the next school year if grades are good? Sorry for my ignorance, this is all new to me.

Yes, they have to maintain a certain GPA and then it will renew.

The Out-of-State Tuition Waiver is automatically renewed each semester if the following criteria are met:

  1. Enrollment in 15 credit hours each semester
  2. Maintenance of a cumulative FSU grade point average of 3.0 or better
  3. Consistent, successful degree progress and course completion

Shocked. I’m so sorry. With those stats/profile you will go somewhere great.
My son has very similar stats, but we are out west and he isn’t out of school yet to check.
