Fulfilling Tranfer Requirements Summer Before Transfer?

I am missing one course (programming) for the engineering transfer prerequisites. If I’m applying to transfer in Fall 2015, can I take the missing course in the summer?

They probably have EECS 183 in the spring but check past years.
