Only the top schools in the US provide full financial aid to international students who need it. In order to be accepted at these schools, you must be one of the top students in your country. You haven’t provided any information about your academics so it’s impossible to say. All the work experience is nice but that isn’t what colleges use to admit students. Have you graduated from high school? What were your grades? Were you a top student? Have you taken the SAT or ACT? If you provide this information people here may be able to help.

When will you graduate from high school?

Of the colleges that meet full need for all accepted students, only 7 are both need blind and meet full need. This means that at most places, your ability to pay will be considered when your application for admission is reviewed.

And those seven schools are VERY competitive for admissions.

Give us some more information and maybe folks here can give you some guidance.

What curriculum are you following?
Do you already have national results (iGCSEs, OLevels, Junior Leaving, Brevet …)?
Have you checked out the SAT or ACT, perhaps taken a practice test?
Are you a sophomore, junior, or senior?
