it is so hard to find universities that give international students full ride scholarship these days. Please which university should I apply to now. I am getting tired :-w
Why not go to German Universities that are tuition free?

Full rides for international students (as well as for US citizens) are few and far between. You should look at universities in your home country as well.
@Alezzz if you want something sometimes you have to work for it. My D, a native English speaker, was able to pass her German proficiency exam and studied upper level meteorology at the University of Hamburg. She also did a paid internship at the University of Bremen.
You don’t have to have perfect German just proficient, just as you have to be proficient in English to study at US universities. Many Germany universities offer free German language classes.
If students are unwilling to learn the language where they can get an affordable education perhaps they should look for that “full ride” in their native country?

Thank you
Not enough info! Are you a very high stats student who is also very low income…and might get accepted at a school here that guarantees to meet full need for all?
Are you a very tippy top student who might garner significant merit aid where that is offered to international students?
Please tell us your stats, your major, and your intended career. Also tell us how much your family can contribute each year. Even if you were to be given a “full ride scholarship” there are aspects that probably would not be covered …such as international air travel, health insurance, and personal expenses.
