<p>If your parents really won’t pay anything you will probably have to apply instate (Texas), find a scholarship that will cover tuition, and commute from home so you don’t have to pay for accommodation. UT Dallas has some good full tuition scholarships which you would probably qualify for if you live in the area.</p>
