Anyone else have any experience with the light therapy? Anyone know if there is a difference between broad spectrum and full spectrum lights? Are the lights hot to the touch?

All lights are hot to the touch. We bought the one sold on-line at Costco.com and were fairly satisfied with it (tho it’s no longer available at that source). It was recommended by a physician certified as a sleep specialist.

If you go to MedLine or PubMed [PubMed Home](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez) & search light therapy and either sleep or SAD (depending on what you’re interested in), many studies pop up & talk about what devices were used in the studies.
